The Glowlight Tetra is a popular and peaceful schooling fish, famous for the iridescent orange-red stripe that runs along its translucent body, resembling a glowing filament.
An ideal choice for beginners due to its hardy nature. To see their best colors and natural behavior, they should be kept in groups of 6 or more in a well-planted aquarium.
Omnivorous and easy to feed. They will readily accept high-quality flake foods, micro-pellets, and small frozen or live foods like brine shrimp.
Highly compatible with other peaceful community fish such as Rasboras, Corydoras, and other small Tetras. Avoid housing with large or aggressive tank mates.
These specimens are provided at 2.5cm to 3cm. They typically reach an adult size of approximately 4cm.
