Usage Instructions

Rinse the media thoroughly in freshwater to remove any fine dust before use.
Place the media into a fine-mesh filter bag (not included).
Position the bag in a high-flow area of your canister filter, sump, or hang-on-back filter.
Monitor the color of the media; replace or regenerate once it has turned dark brown or black.
